- Manage Membership form: your name, phone number, email address, license plate number, preferred location, cancellation reason and any comments you choose to share.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Promotions and free-wash offers: your first and last name, email address, phone number, vehicle make and model, and license plate number.
- Messages you send us, for example to support@spincarwash.com.
Information collected automatically
Our security and spam-protection tools process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and device information so the Website stays safe and forms are not abused. Only if you choose “Accept all” in our cookie banner do we also use analytics and advertising tools that collect information about how you use the Website, such as pages viewed, links clicked and the website that referred you.

Membership sign-up and payment pages
When you select “Buy now” or sign up for an Unlimited Club membership, you are taken to pages run by our membership and payment provider on a separate website. That provider’s privacy policy applies to the information you enter there.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
