Unlimited Spin Car Wash Club – Terms & Conditions

Membership Use

• Includes unlimited washes (max one per day) while active.

• Excessive use = more than 5 times per month or 60 times per year, whichever applies.

• Commercial vehicles (taxis, Uber, Lyft, fleets, limos) limited to 10 washes per month.

• SPIN CAR WASH may terminate or modify memberships at any time.

• Plans, pricing, and features are subject to change without notice.

• No refunds or credits for partial periods.

Billing & Renewal

• This is a monthly recurring plan charged to your credit/debit card on the same day each month.

• Personal use only – not for commercial vehicles.

• One vehicle per membership; license plate recognition required.

• If you cancel, you must do so at least 7 days before your billing date via:

  • Email: support@spincarwash.com or

  • Visit any SPIN CAR WASH location.

• Late cancellations may be charged for the next month.

• Promotional plans automatically renew at the regular rate after the promo period.

• Plan may be suspended or canceled if payment is declined.

Damage & Liability

SPIN CAR WASH is not responsible for damage to or caused by:

• Loose or aftermarket parts (mirrors, trim, moldings, emblems, etc.)

• Racks, antennas, or accessories not removed or secured

• Vehicles with less than 5″ ground clearance or over 7’2″ height / 73″ width

• Vehicles 5+ years old

• Water leaks from open/unsecured doors, sunroofs, or trunks

• Accidents caused by braking or other driver actions

If you believe damage occurred, notify the manager before leaving the property and file a claim.
We’ll review your claim within 14 days. If approved, you must provide 3 repair estimates and receive approval before starting any work.

Other Terms

• Terms and pricing may change with 30 days’ posted notice.

• Florida sales tax applies to all plans.

• Weather or equipment issues may affect availability — no rain checks.

• By signing up, you consent to receive emails and digital communications from SPIN CAR WASH. You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing support@spincarwash.com.
