Spin Car Wash is looking to hire Smily Salesperson to join the team at Broward location. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop within a great company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet incoming customers at the pay stations and provide them with info about Car wash menu and services.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Drive sales in the order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly goals.
4. Willingness to step in and provide support necessary to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
5. Ability to learn, improve and be a team player.
6. Ability to work in extreme weather including hot and humid conditions.
7. Use point of sale system and pay station.
8. Constantly work on sales improvement, up sales, promotions and discounts.
9. Collaborate with Assistant Manager and other Car wash employees.
10. Keep sales performance according to company standards.
Job Qualifications:
1. Experience: Sales experience is must, in a retail or related field, experience in a customer focused business.
2. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
3. Professional Requirements: Must be able to read and write English; must have excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and POS.
4. Bilingual in conversational or written Spanish will be very helpful.
5. Must have reliable transportation.

Salary: starting at $10.00 /hour, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time, part-time.

Pay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly
